I normally don't take time to write reviews for people doing their jobs. However, when I am fortunate enough to come across individuals who are above and beyond others in the same discipline- I find it necessary to do so. Mr. Bebawy was a professional, timely and effective attorney. We had a very d...ifficult eviction in cook county. The tenant was delinquent on almost every term of the lease. The laws are not in favor of landlords. I went through two previous large firms and they were hopelessly unsuccessful. I was skeptical as to how changing to a third firm could possibly yield a different outcome. Fortunately - I found Bebawy Law. From the time the case was initially discussed- expectations were laid out, plan was drawn up, and action was taken. It only took two months for Mr. Bebawy to accomplished what others could not over twelve months! He diligently prognosticated potential challenges and prospectively built an insurmountable case. He kept us up to date every step of the way on the process and our case was closed with a favorable decision within 60 days of engagement. James was amazing throughout the entire process! We had a very troublesome situation in which the sellers attorney was not responsive and impossible to get a hold of. James continued to remain professional while demanding responses on behalf of his clients. We were first time home buyers and we neede...d someone who would hold our hand throughout the entire process which is exactly what Jimmy did. All the while reminding us that if he gets overly detailed to tell him to take it down a notch. He molds his style to adapt to each individual person. This quality is truly amazing! James did a great job in alleviating the stress that our former tenants continually caused us. He helped out in settling payment for tenants who refused to pay the last month's rent, removed appliances and played games with trying to get out of responsibilities that they agreed to in our contract. ...James did a great job with letting me know my rights as a landlord and what the best route to go down was to make sure that I was within my boundaries. He also took over all communications with the tenants as it was obvious that tension had escalated. He was very fair in his pricing and helped with creating a new Lease Agreement to help stop these issues from happening in the future. Couldn't be happier with the result and am extremely happy with our new tenants from the advice James gave us on going forward with renting out our unit.
