Replied last August 20, 2014As always I appreciate any reviews and am glad that I received a 5 star overall excellent rating. However, I think that the author became confused and thought 1 star was better then 5 in all the other categories. This woman's home was set to go up for auction that day in the afternoon after the final court appearance that morning. I was contacted the day before at 4pm, rushed to the clerks office to review the file and appeared the next morning. I was able to stop the foreclosure and auction that afternoon as the rules of civil procedure were not correctly followed. She was overjoyed and remained in her home for over a year without paying a dime allowing her to save money and find a new place to reside. Understanding that she clearly had no money, I handled her case pro bono and was happy to have helped someone in such dire need. Today, she is in a new residence and back on her feet. Great result, for which she has thanked me for often.
