Jason handled my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Initially, we thought it would be a straightforward, run-of-the-mill case like the numerous other bankruptcy filings that Jason has taken on. After filing the case and attending a successful 341 hearing, we were looking forward to the arrival of the discharge ...date. However, before this day arrived, our case was selected for extra scrutiny. This set off a prolonged, cumbersome process which included multiple deadline extensions, numerous document requests, and two in person interviews with the Trustee. In all, it took a year before the case was finally resolved in our favor. Jason was amazing throughout this process. He encouraged me to keep my head up, assured me that our case was solid, and thoroughly prepared me for the depositions. Additionally, he was very reasonable about how much he charged me for all this additional time and work. Obviously, finances are tough for someone going through bankruptcy, but Jason truly went out of his way to keep these unanticipated costs down. Lastly, I felt that Jason really became personally invested in the success of my case. The process would have been much more difficult and demoralizing to go through without the personal interest he showed to me. Besides being a good lawyer, Jason is a kind and compassionate person. Jason has been such a huge help and has guided me very step of the way with my divorce process. He has been readily available whenever I had a question, no matter what day or time.
