I have actively practiced family law and have extensive experience in all aspects, including divorce, civil unions, custody, child support-related matters, paternity, grand-parent rights, pre-marital agreements and all other related issues. This work has included trials, hearings, motions and the generation of all related pleadings and paperwork.

Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcies as well as business bankruptcies.

My probate practice encompasses counseling executors and beneficiaries of estates that need processing through the legal system. I assist in the preparation of pleadings and related documents to successfully complete the opening and closure of a decedent's estate.

This area of my practice covers real estate, incorporations, contract law, wills/trusts/estate planning, powers of attorney and other general legal issues.
