I have been very fortunate to work with some of the finest estate planners and litigators in northern Illinois. I have experience in the difficult emotional environment that often surrounds families in crisis.
I serve clients in the area of ElderLaw, including any related litigation such as guardianships, financial abuse of elders, and estate administration. I am fluent in Spanish and am often sought out by the Spanish-speaking community for assistance.
I spent all of my childhood in northern Illinois; nonetheless, I have had the opportunity to study languages and cultures in various countries from Papua New Guinea to the Czech Republic. I have also studied in Mexico, Spain, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. I have taught Spanish at both the junior high and high school level in New Jersey.

Diana has helped both my husband and me in these difficult times. Her professional expertise has helped us take care of our parents in a dignified manner. She is amazing and we are thankful that we have hired her.

"Diana is one of the leading figures in Illinois when it comes to Elder Law. Her tireless efforts for her clients and all Illinois seniors have been instrumental in protecting their rights. I am proud to say that I endorse Diana as a colleague and friend."
"I endorse this lawyer. Diana strives to not only provide top notch service to her clients, but she has spent many hours fighting for seniors throughout Illinois to protect them from harsh new legislation. Diana is a fantastic attorney who I highly recommend."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Ms. Law is more knoweldgable than most other elder law attorneys. She and her firm have been advocating for seniors since before Elder Law was a recognized concentration. My trust is such that I referred my mother to Ms Law."
"Diana is a shining star among elder law attorneys. She is extremely bright and also possesses the charisma necessary to work effectively with the elderly, disabled, and their families. Diana and the other preeminent practitioners at Law ElderLaw have a well-deserved reputation of being on the cutting edge of the elder law practice in Illinois and across the nation.
