Phillip Daniel Lee

Since my very first contact with Mr. Lee he has been extremely understanding, straightforward and trustworthy. He is a man of high ethics, tremendous knowledge and has a good mental attitude about the work that he does and is very honest with his opinions and it is how I beleive he has been so succes...ful in my workings with him. It is through my experiences with him that I have come to trust that Mr. Lee truly has the best intentions and the best interests of his clients at heart. He has even gone so far as to do what he can to alleviate as much family stress and concerns as possible through honesty and simple customs and courtesies which are rare to find in many other individuals. His actions and demeanor have certainly lessened the stress that typically come with court proceedings. I went through several attorneys prior to meeting Mr. Lee and all were very robotic and impersonal. Phil, however, will talk to you like a person and treat you with kindness, decency and understand, like you are a human being. His service in the military sets him high on the podium and is represented in his professional demeanor, gung-ho attitude and drive to be succesful. And it is for these reason Mr. Lee posseses certain skills that others simply will never attain.

I have had a half a dozen attorneys in my life for different things,they do their job,charge a fat fee,and down the road they go,I don't care for their smug,uncaring buisness practices.When a sensitive family matter needed an attorney,to say the least,I was not happy to go find one.I came in contact ...with a friends lawyer,who's good,but the case was not his speciality,so he recommended Phillip.After my initial conversation with him,I liked him but so what,another lawyer that's gonna turn this into a nightmare.I hired him,because what the hell their all the same,but it didn't take long until I realized,he's pretty sharp and what freaked me out was when I called him,if he didn't answer,he called me back within an hour or two,he appolized because he was in a meeting or court.My case took a while because of its nature,so after a couple of months I got to know him,I don't know the law,he always took the time to explain it to me and not make me feel like a dummy.I had talked to a few other people about my case,and everybody knows everything,but with Phillip,he did exactaly what he said he would do,and when the option time came,and my decision had to be made,he explained everything clearly.One night on a weekend,late,I wanted something answered,and he returned my text,most wouldn't answer till Monday,maybe.With my case he could of easily taken advantage of me but,when I asked for advice,he gave me an honest answer,and I will always appreciate it.My family don't like a lot of people,but even they said what a great job he did,he went up and above what most would,a rare quality nowadays.I've never met a lawyer with a conscious,I was wrong.The funny thing is when it was time for the billing,he could of charged me a lot more and I would of gladly paid it,he's a good man,I will recommend him to everybody I know.Thanks Phillip,I will always appreciate it.
