I hired Phil for numerous real estate closings and an eviction. I will only work with phil forever and only recommend him to everyone I know. He is by far hands down the best. I hired a lot of lawyers in the past and he is on a complete different level then any of the past attorneys in regards to pr...ofessionalism, knowledgeable, his pricing, his way of negotiating with other attorney and in court he is unbelievable getting the job done and his way of communicating with me is top notch! He actually cares about you not treat you like a number next in line to get your money like other lawyers. Phil goes up and over crossing his t”s dotting his I”s he makes sure he reviews everything with surveys titles so nothing comes back ever in the future he goes up and over and that is a huge peace of mind. From my first email correspondence with Phil, I knew I was working with the right person. Phil is very knowledgeable and thorough and that came across clearly when discussing my case. Phil cleared up many questions that I had, and every time I emailed him with another question, I got a response back ...immediately. I cannot express what a relief it was to have Mr. Lee as my representative in court. A few months ago, i received a traffic ticket and was required to be in court at a date when knew i was traveling for work, so i filed (what i thought) was a request to have the court date moved to a later da...te. The Circuit Court Clerk explained that i would receive confirmation of the new date in a few weeks time. how surprised was i when, after being pulled over on a seat belt violation a few weeks later, i was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license? I hired Mr. Lee, and he immediately began his work, finding where the mistakes had been made (on my part, and the county's) and used his diligence and professional relationships to assure that charges were dropped and my license was reinstated. At all times Mr. Lee kept me informed of his communications with the opposing counsel, the progress being made, and guided me through what would have been a hazy, expensive, and time consuming process had i tried to do it on my own. His polite, easy manner eased the stress of a frustrating situation, and his hard work and dedication made a short job of the red tape. I have had a half a dozen attorneys in my life for different things,they do their job,charge a fat fee,and down the road they go,I don't care for their smug,uncaring buisness practices.When a sensitive family matter needed an attorney,to say the least,I was not happy to go find one.I came in contact ...with a friends lawyer,who's good,but the case was not his speciality,so he recommended Phillip.After my initial conversation with him,I liked him but so what,another lawyer that's gonna turn this into a nightmare.I hired him,because what the hell their all the same,but it didn't take long until I realized,he's pretty sharp and what freaked me out was when I called him,if he didn't answer,he called me back within an hour or two,he appolized because he was in a meeting or court.My case took a while because of its nature,so after a couple of months I got to know him,I don't know the law,he always took the time to explain it to me and not make me feel like a dummy.I had talked to a few other people about my case,and everybody knows everything,but with Phillip,he did exactaly what he said he would do,and when the option time came,and my decision had to be made,he explained everything clearly.One night on a weekend,late,I wanted something answered,and he returned my text,most wouldn't answer till Monday,maybe.With my case he could of easily taken advantage of me but,when I asked for advice,he gave me an honest answer,and I will always appreciate it.My family don't like a lot of people,but even they said what a great job he did,he went up and above what most would,a rare quality nowadays.I've never met a lawyer with a conscious,I was wrong.The funny thing is when it was time for the billing,he could of charged me a lot more and I would of gladly paid it,he's a good man,I will recommend him to everybody I know.Thanks Phillip,I will always appreciate it.
