A Great Attorney

At the time I filed for divorce, I thought that I had a good lawyer to represent me. I soon learned that my counsel directed me to settle and lose custody of my son without a legal challenge. A friend encouraged me to find different counsel to reach my goal. I contacted Stogsdill Law Firm and met wit...h Bill Stogsdill, Jr. Bill explained that he and his team of lawyers would represent me at all times. Should my primary lawyer be indisposed, another competent member of the firm would be in the courtroom to help me. The firm has a proficient staff and processes all the legal documents in a timely manner. Initially, I met with Bill Stogsdill Jr. and reviewed my case. I supplied a detailed history in an outline format. Bill was able to accurately access my chances to obtain sole custody of my son. He warned that the cost to win the case was high. I did not expect the cost to be twice as much to win. Bill assigned my case to Bryan Estes. My initial impression of Bryan was good. Neither Bryan nor Bill have lost a worthy custody battle. Over a three year period, Bryan provided sound and strong and sound counsel. The legal battle included seven court motions, six depositions, seven days of court time, two parental psychologist reviews, formal request to the judge to amend his decisions. Also, there was an appeal process in the appellate court. Bill Stogsdill Jr. was never far away form the legal proceedings and intervened when needed. I completed every homework assignment that Bryan submitted. For example, I had to provide ten years of financial records. We had a strong working relationship and improved my chance to obtain sole custody. The Stogsdill Law Firm and I were able to obtain sole custody of my son. I am fortunate for the outcome and I am to be a father to my son. Secondly, my ex-spouse was awarded limited portion of the marital estate. Bryan Estes is more than an excellent lawyer; I consider Bryan to be a friend who stood next to me during the toughest times of the divorce.
