Lori Quist is excellent attorney, she takes the time to understand the situation and she very confident in her legal knowledge and knows how to win the evictions. She spent a lot of time talking with me on the phone about our case, she gave realistic timelines and how we would approach the situation.... When we reached uncertain situations in court twice, she always reassured me this would be over soon and followed through with her promise to eviction the tenants and very soon. I highly recommend her as eviction attorney, since knows the system and knows how to win, which key in eviction situation. She very honest and respectful and looks out for clients best interest.

Attorney Quist helped me to evict the tenants. Her flat fee also included money judgement. I like her because she always followed up with me about the case. She even couched me how to proceed with the court order for money judgement in order to compensate some loss for nonpayment of the rents. With t...he flat fee she charged, it is really worth every penny for her effort.

Ms. Quist helped me out tremendously when I had issues with several tenants over the years. She was quick to take action, knew the right action to take and got me the results I needed without breaking my budget. She helped to successfully orchestrate two evictions and I was able to get judgements a...gainst each tenant.

Attorney Lori Quist is a total JOKE! Do not waste your time and money, spend an extra 5 min and find a different attorney trust me! My normal attorney was out of town and I needed to have a 10 day notice to vacate served to a tenant and a possible eviction done on short notice. I hired this hot mess ...and I want to be sure that others do not make the same mistake. She never sent me any sort of retainer agreement like she promised. I did not have any of my many voice or e-mails returned. I would have to call 2 to 3 times a day in the hopes that someone would actually be there to answer the phone. My tenants left after the 10 day notice was served and per our agreement I would have a portion of the $ I gave her returned. Both her quack assistant and Lori herself assured me on the amount and that it would be mailed out several occasions. I never received a check from her and ended up filing a complaint with the BBB and Illinois board of ethics and conduct. I finally got a hold of her “new” assistant and explained that if I did not receive my refund I would take her to court. Amazingly 2 days later (40 days since she first told me she would mail me a check) I received a hand written envelope that looked like it was written by an 8 year old. There was a ½ hand written invoice that looked like it was an old invoice because parts were scribbled out and blacked out. WHAT A JOKE!!! And to top it off, the check was for only ½ of what I was promised by Lori herself!!!

This lawyer is not worth your time, money or energy. She is unreliable does not return your phone calls, is always busy with "her twins" and does not finish the job. She makes multiple promises that she does not keep and at the end of the day does not deliver on what she is paid to do. I had to hire ...another lawyer to finish the case because she missed trial not once but twice. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PAY HER.
