I live in another state, but had a family court matter in Illinois. I researched Attorneys and found Lori Quist. We hired her 10 years ago and the case came to an impasse, no fault of her. We reconvened a few years ago and were able to wrap up the case with a positive outcome and finally be done!!! ... I highly recommend Lori Quist. I have professionally known Lori for 10 years. She is very affordable, accommodating and helped me every step of the way. She is professional, honest, knowledgeable and knows how to navigate the legal process. I really appreciate Lori’s help with my eviction case. I was quite frustrated by my case before finding Lori who was recommended by my other lawyer. She really listened to me and made me feel safe and calm. She is always smiling and kind. My eviction case was complicated and Lori was always patient a...nd showed cares. My tenant treated her very badly during the trials and even tried to hurt her. With all these, Lori never gave up helping me. Also, during the whole process, she has been giving me advices on each steps and explains things very thoroughly. In my opinion, that is very helpful for people like me who has no experience at all. I would say without her, things cannot go so smoothly. I would recommend Lori to anyone. She really wants to and is able to help!

I was shocked to read your review about Lori. I have been using her for years in my evictions cases. Her average for me is about 30 to 45 days to settle/close out my evictions cases after receiving our court date, to t Because of that I have referred her to numerous landlords. And will continue... to do so. Thank you Lori for all you've done.

Lori was very gracious at first hire for an eviction. After getting her all the paper work that she needed, she went in and got a judgment, however the amount was $10,000 off. Called her office to get this straightened out, Lori could not be bothered by me. She NEVER returned a phone call. Its be...en four months and I still have not received a copy of my judgment so I (and I stress the word "I" because I have to be the one to go and have it filed with the sheriff's office). Can't file with the sheriff if I don't have a copy of the judgment and amended judgment. Lori DOES NOT return phone calls. Once she gets your money, you don't hear from her and she is very unprofessional. In fact, two of her workers quit during the time period that I have been a client. It's been four months, I still don't have my judgment, order of possession and my squatter tenant is still in the home that I own. Please think twice before hiring her.

I hired Atty.Quist to represent me in a eviction case,that I filed pro se.She told me she would appear on my behalf and she would notify me if I need to appear in court. I called Atty.Quist on numerous times for updates. When I was able to get a hold of her,she gives me instructions for her assistant...,who knows nothing about my case.She had constant turnovers of assistants. None were allow to go into the files without Atty. Quist permission. Atty Quist never initiated any calls to me and it became very difficult to contact her. Finally she tells me the case is going to trial and she will notify of the date. She NEVER did. Again I called her several times to get a trial date from her or her assistant. I left many,many text messages and voicemails all to no avail. Atty Quist never notifiedme of my trial date by phone,mail or E-mail. She never discussed preparation for the trial or any documents that would be needed. I hired Atty. Quist because she said that she would protect my rights and that my case was "winable". She did nothing to represent me and instead cost me a judgement of $969.00 I lost months of rental income and property damages by the tenant. Atty Quist has cause me additional financial loss and ruined my credit. There was no way I would've missed a court appearance or even filed an appeal,if I was notified. I don't understand how Atty Quist can practice law in this manner.
