Relationship: Worked for lawyer
Peter is bar none one of the most tenacious and able litigators I have ever met. His ability to grasp nuances and strategize through an entire case is a wonder to behold. It is for these reasons that he frequently leaves opponents flummoxed and defeated—many times having lost the case before they ever saw Peter coming. In every case he takes, Peter not only has a thoroughly developed plan A to win the case, but invariably he has plans B, C, and D as well. Peter has a deep understanding of vast areas of the law ranging from non-competition agreements to partnership disputes to franchise litigation to copyright infringement. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Peter is that he doesn’t rest on his laurels but constantly strives to broaden, hone, and adapt his litigation techniques.
Ryan Kipfer, Probate Attorney on Jun 30, 2014
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Peter Lubin is, without a doubt, one of the smartest and hardest working attorneys that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Peter has always been willing to answer legal questions that I have had, even on cases that he is not working on. I have referred, and will continue to refer, every class-action law suit that I comes my way to Peter and his excellent firm. As a newer lawyer, I consider Peter one of three or four lawyers that I look up to as the type of lawyer that I want to become as I gain experience in the profession.
Matthew Caruso, Business Attorney on Jun 27, 2014
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Peter Lubin has an encyclopedic knowledge of the law and of the facts of any case he is working on. I was the court-appointed administrator in a complex, multi-million dollar contested estate, and Peter's knowledge of a wide range of issues - corporate, real estate, labor law, to name a few - was key to obtaining excellent results. He is a tenacious litigator who is always professional. Peter operates in the highest level of the profession, and I refer people with complex business matters or class actions to Peter, and I can always count on him to do an outstanding job..
Gregory Frank, Class action Attorney on Mar 27, 2014
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Peter Lubin is a bulldog of a litigator—tenacious, knowledgeable, and unflinching. We have worked together on several complex class actions and he has proven to be a tireless worker, a creative litigator, and a loyal and trustworthy partner. The value of a competent, trustworthy lawyer is immeasurable. You can depend on Peter to stay committed to your consumer class action from inception to settlement.
Jeffrey Antonelli, Class action Attorney on Mar 11, 2014
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I have personally found Mr. Lubin to be extremely detail-oriented in matters of importance. Mr. Lubin and I worked together on a class action case with his partner and another firm, where the proofs were found in a complicated maze of written materials. Ultimately, we were successful - in no small part due to Mr. Lubin finding contradictions between what the defendant corporation had claimed, and what the truth actually was. I would not hesitate to refer an important matter to Mr. Lubin.
Dmitry Feofanov, General practice Attorney on Mar 8, 2014

Peter is a brilliant lawyer who understands human motivations (including those of judges), and that is what makes him so successful. He is not a narrow specialist, but rather a person who is capable of handling nearly any legal issue.
Edward Clinton, Class action Attorney on Mar 7, 2014

I endorse this lawyer based on my extensive personal experience with Peter. Peter is one of the finest lawyers in Illinois. He does excellent work in the area of class actions and commercial litigation. He cares about his clients and works unceasingly to advance their objectives. Peter is one of the best legal writers I have ever worked with. His prose is lean and elegant. His complaints, briefs and memoranda are on point and do not waste words. He has extensive class action experience as a lead class counsel and is rightly trusted by judges, lawyers and clients to manage advance the claims of class members. In sum, one of the best lawyers in Illinois. I hope to work with him again.

Anthony Villalobos, Class action Attorney on Mar 7, 2014
Relationship: Worked for lawyer
I am a young attorney, but I know that Peter Lubin is one of the best litigators in Chicago and the Greater Chicago Area. While clerking for Peter, I learned an inordinate amount about civil litigation. Many people, including attorneys, think that you need a trial to get results, but Peter proves that skilled advocates can get you results before trial, which greatly cuts down on a client's attorneys' fees and, more importantly, a client's stress and anxiety. I honestly believe that Peter can successfully resolve any business litigation or class action matter that he handles. Whether it is the start of a case or at trial, Peter knows how to win. I fully endorse Peter Lubin.
Matthew Cairone, Class action Attorney on Apr 24, 2013
