DUI and DWI 25%

First, second, third, and aggravated DUI, plus underage and cannabis DUI. Pat prosecuted more than 10,000 DUI cases in DuPage County before defending them. Includes statutory summary suspension hearings and license reinstatement.

Insurance fraud allegations, both claims-related and application-related. These cases are usually built from paperwork and recorded statements, and the dispute is often about intent rather than about the underlying facts.

Delinquency petitions and school-related charges in DuPage County juvenile court. Juvenile cases run on a separate track from adult court, with different rules on detention, records, and what follows a minor into adulthood.

Securities and Investment Fraud 5%

Investment fraud and securities-related allegations. Pat tried complex financial crime cases in the DuPage County felony division, where these matters turn on documents, account records, and proving what a person actually intended.

Sex Crime 5%

Criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and related charges, including registration consequences. Pat prosecuted aggravated criminal sexual assault cases in the DuPage County felony division.

Violent Crime 5%

Assault, battery, domestic battery, aggravated battery, armed robbery, and homicide charges. Pat tried violent felonies as a DuPage County prosecutor, including armed robbery and first degree murder, before moving to the defense side.

White Collar Crime 5%

Fraud, embezzlement, theft, forgery, and identity theft allegations. Pat prosecuted white collar cases as a DuPage County felony prosecutor and founded the county's Financial Identity Theft Task Force.

DUI in Lombard

I hired Patrick and Dominick in September 2013 after a second DUI charge. I thought my life was over, Dupage county and Lombard didn't really have their stuff together and they found holes in the arrest in the night in question. After a year in a half of continuances Patrick and Dominick got the ca...se dismissed. But Dupage decided to re-file and charge with the 6 charges again. This took another 6 months almost 2 years of dealing with this. July 17, 2015 the bench trial finally comes I get my date in court again. Dominick just torn apart the arresting officer and made her, the Lombard police department, and DuPage look dumb is putting it nicely. On the grounds of independent recall a term used to dismiss my case and no conviction and no re-filing or recharging me ever. Walked out with tears of happiness and joy. Thank you Patrick and Dominick anybody that has a DUI hire this two it was money well spent.

DuPage DUI lawyers extraordinaire

My DUI caused me tremendous worry and anxiety. Finding the right lawyer was stressful. I was lucky to select Dolci & Weiland as my law firm. Awesome lawyer!

Mr weiland helped me out with a serious criminal charge in Dupage county. He clearly knew everybody in the courthouse including the judge! The case was reduced to a misdemeanor and I could not be more pleased. When other lawyers said it couldn't be done, Patrick weiland got it done. Thank you, sir!!...
