Fantastic customer service
Ahmad and his staff were fantastic! Every aspect from beginning to end was top-notch customer service. Ahmad equipped us with the information we needed to successfully proceed in the litigation process. He also demystified bankruptcy for us and my mother-in-law. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Buyer beware
48 hours after meeting I requested a written confirmation of our discussions including possible litigation in addition to the bankruptcy. Before leaving the meeting I had provided documentation pertinent to the additional litigation we had discussed. There was no response. Received several emails ...
I Sincerely apologize for the experience. During the meeting you explained your goal to me. We discussed an initial strategy that would be supplemented by a much deeper and thorough analysis of your documents and further discussions with you and with the other knowledgeable and experienced Attorneys at the firm as there may have been federal litigation involved in your case. I was in fact very interested in the direction your federal claims could have gone as you were an informed Client who is the kind of Client this firm best represents. However, to lay out an entire legal strategy on an case such as yours, with potential federal claims, in an initial consultation is truly an unreasonable expectation for a Client to have and any experienced Attorney to set out to provide. You did not retain us for anything other than a bankruptcy. Shortly after you retained us, you sent a message requesting clarification of the legal strategy. I responded that we would like to meet to discuss further the claims that you may have. You responded that you did not want to meet until at least an outline of your case was sent to you. I responded that I needed more facts before I would be ready to do so. It fell apart from there. As a practice, I do not send out ANYTHING in writing until I have had the opportunity to thoroughly analyze the documents and have had the opportunity to meet again with the Client. I simply do not do it any other way, and I sincerely do not believe that an Attorney, like a Doctor should prescribe a remedy without having had the proper examination done first. Period. Experience has taught me this. I reached out to you on a number of occasions immediately after you expressed dissatisfaction as to the clarity of the strategy. As you know, I called you repeatedly and we exchanged emails, and in each email, in the most respectable way possible, I requested a face to face meeting in the office to clarify the strategy and goals of a supplemental representation other than just the bankruptcy for which you had retained our office. Our staff asked for a face to face meeting. I then asked in a number of communications for an in office meeting. You continued to refuse the in office meeting with your Attorneys until your demand for an outline of a legal strategy was met. I requested an in house meeting, and explained that if you were unwilling to do that, yes, we would terminate representation. You refused multiple documented requests to meet with me and our Attorneys and Staff, and that is the reason we terminated representation and we immediately supplied a full refund. What troubles me most about your review is that you left out the fact that we made the sincere request to you to come into the office to discuss your case. Our valued Attorneys and Staff are dedicated and hardworking individuals who consistently provide the highest level of service to Clients every day at our firm. Our long history reflects that. We are not boastful about that fact, we are proud of it and it is our goal to continue to nurture that good reputation by providing the best service and advice to our Clients. The reason I do not supply an outline of a legal strategy without knowing as much as possible as I can, is due to the fact that providing a legal strategy to an individual without through analysis is not the practice of law but the practice of Alchemy. We are not Alchemists, we are Illinois Licensed Attorneys. Finally, I absolutely know you to be a good person and the multiple messages I sent you reflect my high opinion of you as person who has a passion for serving people. We spoke about your goal to continue to serve people the less fortunate. I encourage you to continue. As you are aware, I too have that passion for my profession, but your review of our firm and me does not reflect who we are. I personally wish you the best and I am Sincerely sorry for your experience with our office.
