Biography
Earl Vergara takes pride in helping people. In fact, Earl considers helping people that find themselves in trouble to be one of his greatest attributes. Earl has extensive experience in criminal defense, is certified in DUI field sobriety testing, and has taken multiple cases to verdict in jury trials. Earl has also successfully negotiated the reduction of criminal felonies to lesser offenses to avoid prison for many of his clients.
In addition to practicing criminal defense, Earl also practices immigration, family law, real estate and personal injury. Earl is the President and Founder of Vergara Law, Inc., based in Geneva, Illinois. Repeat offender
As a repeat offender, Earl was able to get the best result possible without going to trial and not losing my driving privileges and was able to do it in less than a handful of court dates.
