Biography
Earl Vergara takes pride in helping people. In fact, Earl considers helping people that find themselves in trouble to be one of his greatest attributes. Earl has been successful in front of the judges in DuPage County, Kane County, Will County, DeKalb County, Cook County, the Justices in the court of appeals, and has even co-authored briefs for cases pending before the Illinois Supreme Court.
Earl has extensive experience in criminal defense, is certified in DUI field sobriety testing, and has taken multiple cases to verdict in jury trials. Earl has also successfully negotiated the reduction of criminal felonies to lesser offenses to avoid prison for many of his clients.
In addition to practicing criminal defense, Earl also practices immigration, family law, real estate and personal injury. Earl is the President and Founder of Vergara Law, Inc., based in Geneva, Illinois. Outstanding Job!! Highly recommended!!!
Earl did an amazing job with my DUI. There was no point during my case where I felt I'd made a wrong turn with trusting him and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I'd hope for no one to go through what I did but if they had to I'd recommend Earl with no doubt they'd be in good hands.

Worth the price
I am so glad I went with Earl Vergara to represent me in a DUI. He was so thorough, much better than I have heard other people describe of others. He knows the law and I was thankful he was able to keep my record clean. I highly recommend him.
