Biography
Earl Vergara takes pride in helping people. In fact, Earl considers helping people that find themselves in trouble to be one of his greatest attributes. Earl has been successful in front of the judges in DuPage County, Kane County, Will County, DeKalb County, Cook County, the Justices in the court of appeals, and has even co-authored briefs for cases pending before the Illinois Supreme Court.
Earl has extensive experience in criminal defense, is certified in DUI field sobriety testing, and has taken multiple cases to verdict in jury trials. Earl has also successfully negotiated the reduction of criminal felonies to lesser offenses to avoid prison for many of his clients.
In addition to practicing criminal defense, Earl also practices immigration, family law, real estate and personal injury. Earl is the President and Founder of Vergara Law, Inc., based in Geneva, Illinois. Amazing Care
While I felt inept in my ability to deal with my legal issues, Earl did not make my feel so. He was careful, kind, honest, non-judgemental and attentive. He worked skillfully with the matter at hand... delivering more than he promised!!!
