Excellent Attorney

Divorce can be a very upsetting and emotional event. From the very first phone call I could feel the care and compassion in Mario's voice. Very thorough and knowledgeable and will fight for you as his client, but also quite personable and was able to put me at ease. He was also very conscienti...ous about not wasting my money. Would highly recommend.

Look no further

Mario is an outstanding attorney! I previously sought the help of other counsel, and there was no comparison with Mario’s level of commitment, care, experience and professionalism. I was very impressed from day one; Mario heard the background of my situation, and very quickly outlined a powerful stra...tegy and made sound recommendations. There were so many unexpected obstacles along the way, and it was great to have him in my team. He persisted. The entire team at Ventrelli and Simon is truly committed to their clients. On one ocassion, when Mario had a schedule conflict and his partner Neil had to jump in my case, they had debriefed so well, that there was nothing Mario didn’t mention, so Neil was more than ready to take over that day, and it went great. I always felt that Mario genuinely cared about my situation, and he always went the extra mile throughout the case. No doubt, Mario is determined and passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

We picked a Winner

When my husband was looking for an attorney in his custody battle l was a bit skeptical as we have been burned before. Great attorney

After being divorced 9 years, I was faced with going back to court to review the alimony that had been awarded. Mario Ventrelli was referred to me by a friend. Mr. Ventrelli was knowledgeable, assertive, compassionate, highly professional, relaible, honest, and understanding. Mario Ventrelli list...ened to my concerns and expressed his opinions, so I would know what my options were, what the outcome could be, and more importantly what I deserved. I was worried as I am retirement age and did not know what to do. Mario Ventrelli and Stephan Hoffman handled my case professionally and in the most effective way possible for all parties involved. The lawyer you'd want in your corner...before you even start

I reached out to consult Mario in an emergency situation where my counsel in my divorce lawsuit filed a petition to withdraw the day before trial (and no, it was not due to unpaid fees). Mario spent time with me on the phone to understand the issues around not only the motion to withdraw, but also... the underlying divorce. As other reviewers have mentioned regarding his skills, he quickly grasped the intricacies of both cases and switched into strategy mode. It has been my personal experience that there is nothing more scary (when it comes to divorce and the court) than having to go up against your own counsel in addition to your "when-is-this-person-finally-going-to-be-my-ex" in order to stand up for justice which has been long denied. Mario helped me strategize around how to bring the focus back to the divorce so I could spend my energy on resolving the issues with that case. By applying his advice, I was able to get my counsel back on board, stay focused on the divorce and move that case closer towards resolution. In addition to his professional counsel, Mario's words of personal encouragement and support gave me the strength I needed to walk into court that day and walk my own counsel off the ledge! As Mario said himself when I circled back with him later, I hope the divorce is resolved soon and I don't have to use his professional services. But if things change between now and that happening, I know where I am going for help. P.S. I NEVER write reviews online. But it was the reviews here on AVVO that led me to call Mario. And his help in my darkest hour compels me to thank him in the only way I can for now and hope that my review can help someone else decide to reach out to him for help when they need someone in your corner!!!
