We picked a Winner

When my husband was looking for an attorney in his custody battle l was a bit skeptical as we have been burned before. Mario breaks through the negative stereotypes given to attorneys especially those that work in family law. He was honest from the beginning, and has showed a great amount of integr...ity. He embraced my family and took a real personal interest in my husband’s case. If you are looking for a quality attorney that has your best interests in mind look no further than Mario Ventrelli. My husband and I work in the justice system, and have engaged with attorneys that work in all facets of the legal system. I can say that the office of Ventrelli and Simon are a unique firm that Always have the best interests of their clients in mind.

A breath of fresh air

For the past 12 years, I have been in constant litigation as I have attempted to exercise my parental rights for my son. In that time, I have become quite familiar with the Illinois Family Court System. I have personally retained or have been opposed by a myriad of attorneys. I even hired Mr. father’...s rights himself. To be honest, I had begun to become disillusioned by the entire legal system. For the better part of a decade, I was entrenched it what seemed to be organized collusion. Where each attorney collaborated with one other to facilitate an endless cycle of litigation. At my breaking point, I was about to relinquish my parental rights. Then my father in-law referred me to Ventrelli and Simon. Mario Ventrelli is a breath of fresh air. He treats me like a human being not like dollar signs or billable hours. His firm took on my case with great passion. Mario is hard- nosed and aggressive. He is not some cookie cutter attorney. Mario is calculated in his approach to each obstacle in order to get what is in the best interest of his clients. Ventrelli and Simon are a small family-oriented firm with major league caliber attorneys. I am truly fortunate to have them on my team, and for the first time in several years I am beginning to see the light at the end of an extremely long and dark tunnel.

So Refreshing

I met with Mario yesterday , and was going off of reviews on this site. I don't work for him and he is not related to anyone in my family. This is 100% factual. Mario spent well over an hour with me in his office, took the time to go over all my information, was engaging, and really listened to me.... He quickly pointed out a few things that I wasn't even aware of. I have had 7 , yes 7 lawyers in 8 plus years of custody battles, in fact the last one I paid over 17K and ended up with nothing but a judgement, so I know the pain. Mario never charged me a dime for the initial conversation, and never brought up money. I recognize sincerity when I see it , and Mario was very sincere. I have yet to hire him, as I have been bleed financially by the system, but if/when I do hire a lawyer again ...I'm going straight to Mario. Its important to have a competent lawyer, but equally important is having a caring one. Mario cares, and I would highly recommend him , because at the end of the day he will be honest, and that's extremely rare these days!

The truth is out there...

I would highly recommend using Mario Ventrelli of Ventrelli Simon LLC. Anyone reading this review knows how difficult the "Break Up" process can be, especially when there are children involved. Mr. Ventrelli from the very beginning took the time to not only explain the legal side of the journey I w...as about to embark on but also prepped me for the emotional roller coaster that the process can become. Mr. Ventrelli is a Consummate Professional, his attention to detail, knowledge of the law & consistent follow up & updates were First Class. He was always forthcoming & honest whether it was something I wanted to hear or not. In closing I would like to add that the staff he employs are hard working, courteous & professional as well... I am very grateful to Mario Ventrelli & his Team for their efforts in getting the best outcome for my case.
