Jonathan Minkus

I hired Mr. Minkus a month ago after a convoluted incident that left me with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property, possibly pending a burglary charge. The confessions I had written and the police notes that were taken while I was in custody painted a very bad portrait of me and the syste...m likely would have given me a severe sentence if not for Mr. Minkus. He was able to negotiate with the ASA assigned to my case and ultimately the criminal damage to property charge was dropped and I was given a very lenient supervision sentence, allowing me to expunge it by July of next year. This man has done more than I can ever imagine to help me and I am extremely grateful for his work. I would recommend him to anyone who's in trouble with the law and needs a lawyer who can go above and beyond what he's asked to do.

We hired Mr. Minkus because I had a record for domestic battery that made it so I could not become a citizen. We were sent to him by our immigration lawyer. i am righting this review because before we hired him my wife saw the reviews here and that was not our expereince with him at all. He got my co...nviction erased and did everything we wanted him to do. He charged us more than othjer lawyers but in the end we could not be any happyier. He is a very good lawyer.
