The principal of our firm, Frank R. DiFranco, served as a States Attorney for Cook County. As a criminal defense lawyer, he now uses his skills and experience to preserve the freedom of clients and protect their rights.
Because DiFranco & Associates is a small firm we can react quickly and efficiently to client needs and problems. Our staff of three attorneys, four attorneys of counsel have extensive experience in their practice areas. We have Polish and Spanish speaking legal professionals on staff.

Defended me on an assault charge
Mr. DiFranco got my case dropped after he cross examined the Plaintiff and found the Plaintiff not to be truthful. I was impressed with not only Mr. DiFranco's professionalism but also the professionalism of his staff as well. Great Job!

I was ticketed for driving without renewed auto insurance expired vehicle sticker.Subsequent ticket for left on broken red light
