Biography
Attorney David P. Gonet comes to family law with a background in appellate law and intellectual property law. A business major in college, David went on to get his law degree from the University of Houston College of Law, where he participated in clinical work, researching and drafting state and federal appeals, and petitioning for writs of habeas corpus.
Prior to practicing exclusively in the area of family law, David worked at a law firm concentrating in civil appeals, were be drafted appeals to the Illinois Court of Appeals, State of Illinois Supreme Court, Federal Court of Appeals, and drafted writs of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney David Gonet now practices exclusively in the area of family law. Mr. Gonet has litigated many high net worth divorces and is a zealous advocate for his clients.

Couldn't ask for a better outcome
David took over my divorce case after my other attorney was getting steamrolled by the other side. David came in and fixed everything and even got me more than I could of asked for.
