The trial court did not err in finding that the Polish court did not have jurisdiction over petitioner, and that the Illinois court did have jurisdiction to dispose of the parties’ marital property pursuant to section 503(d) of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act and award temporary maintenance and interim attorney fees; furthermore, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying respondent’s motion to reconsider and properly held him in contempt for failing to comply with the trial court’s order.
