Was very disinterested
I went with a very specific immigration question about my status but he wasn’t able to clarify things to me. He seemed very disinterested in our discussion. Checking emails while speaking to me. I did follow up with questions but he asked me to set up consultation again.
I'm very sorry you felt that I was disnterested, but it could not have been further from the truth. This was not the first consult you had, but second. you have presented me was different case scenarios regarding your employment visa and possible green card, to which you received answers and clarifications. Then, when your case scenario changed, you came in for another appointment and received explanations as to more possible case scenarios . I never check emails during client interview. When I picked up my phone, I was checking Indian priority date in order to provide you with proper information for your green card process. Prior to leaving you have advised me that I answered all of your questions. Thereafter, you have followed up with an email concerning one of the case scenarios discussed, which was answered. You then followed up with yet another email advising that you are still unclear on it, and asked if you should schedule another appointment, to which I replied that yes, since you did not understand the information you received during 2 appointments and rwplies to you e-mails, you should schedule another appointment to clarify the material. The fact that the answers to your questions are not the ones you would like to hear does not mean that the person providing the answers is disinterested. It simply means that the law operates in a certain way, and while you wish that it operated differently, these are the confines that we have to work within. I wish you luck
