From the first meeting with Candice, I felt supported, listened to and educated. She was not only concerned about the details, but took time to check in with how I was doing each step of the way. Candice is professional, patient, well educated in the law, excellent communicator/listener and underst...ands how to guide one through the collaborative process. Candice was reachable when I had questions and flexible with her time to meet which really helped being a mom and working full time. I have such respect for her and appreciate all that she did for not only me, but also my family.

Candice came into a very contentious situation and was able to finalize the divorce within a matter of months. She was very good at concentrating on the actual details of the case without being caught up in the antics of my ex spouse and his attorney. Her knowledge of the law and her experience medi...ating divorces was instrumental in negotiating a settlement. Mostly, Candice was able to help me think clearly and plan for my future. She worked tirelessly reading and writing emails and crafted a settlement that had my best interest in mind. She was very thorough and rewrote the settlement agreement many times and was putting in items to make the agreement as tight as possible up to the very last minute. Already her attention to detail has paid off allowing me to live my new life worry free. Finally she accompanied me to court and helped me navigate the last minute stress and anxiety of dealing with the court system. In fact, having her handle my divorce and settlement has changed my life.

I hail from a family of lawyers. I have also engaged the services of real estate, personal injury, real estate litigation, wills and trusts, and employment attorneys. Each got the job done. Representation by Candice Green introduced me to a lawyer with heart in addition to brains. My first impres...sion was formed during a generous phone conversation with Candice. I sensed her intelligence, warmth, compassion, and big picture perspective. Little did I realize that patience and a strong right arm would be needed to guide me through a year of negotiations revolving around division of business assets. Candice either answered my phone calls and was available to converse at that time, or she returned my calls and/or emails promptly. When I needed someone to vent, Candice listened compassionately. When I required a rationale voice to steer me through an emotionally-charged situation, Candice spoke forthrightly, always without judgment or impatience. Candice turned out to be a coach and collaborative attorney rolled into one. I was strongly advised to see and meet regularly with a coach, but no one knew me and the situation better than Candice. I preferred paying Candice to serve in both capacities as they so often were intermingled throughout the entire process. I trust Candice implicitly.

I hired Candice. She is a nice person, but I think she does this part time. She was always busy with kids and family affairs. She was not available and would go weeks or a month without getting back to me. When we tried to schedule things, it always had to be worked around her kids activities. I ...work full time too and understand schedules, but when you are paying so much for an attorney and such an important matter, they should make themselves availalbe. She constantly made me go over things that we already discussed. When my draft was finished, it's as if we never had a session. She literally just wrote my name over a different person's document. She just uses a standard document and didn't make any adjustments. I was better off getting it down on legaldoc.com. Nothing we discussed was n the document and other things were in there that were never brought up or they were wrong. In fact, it wasn't even my name or my name was sometimes spelled wrong. She is not detailed oriented. The draft could not have been worse. I eneded up getting a refund and fired her before we were finished.
