Quick Resolution

Brandon was immensely helpful in explaining the legal process and my options to me. He was able to get my issue resolved the very next day! He demonstrated professionalism and knowledge. I will hopefully not need his help in the future, but would recommend him to others!

Where do I begin?! This is the second time (within a 9 month period I have used the Davis Law Firm. First time for Railroad Crossing Offense and David Mennie represented me and the case was completely dismissed. The second time was for a first time DUI and I was terrified for many reasons (will this ...be on my record and haunt me? How will I get to work with the automatic suspension after 46 days of arrest(I refused a breathalyzer so it’s at least 12months suspension)? What kind of ongoing financial burden am I facing?). I emailed Brandon the morning after it happened. He gave me all possible outcomes and did not try to present me with false hope like other lawyers. I was prepared for a BAIID device in my car for the next 12 months, community service, large fines and this destroy my record. Two days before court Brandon calls and tells me he negotiated with the prosecutor and has some things to go over. First thing my license suspension was rescinded (no suspension, no BAIID device in my car), 18 months supervision, MINIMAL FINE, some required classes and it WILL NOT be on my public record.. I was floored because this WAS BETTER than BEST CASE scenario. I had only one court date and don’t return until after the 18 months of supervision are complete I would not have had such a favorable outcome with Brandon Davis representing my case. Service fees were very reasonable and the representation from Davis Law saved me time, additional court dates, heavier fines, community service, etc. Dui’s are expensive but I came out paying half (in some cases less than half) of the numerous costs that comes with the average dui. If you want the best possible outcome for a DUI than contact Davis Law.

Professional, well-spoken and resolved quickly!

After reaching out to his law firm, Brandon called me back later the same day. We only ever spoke on the phone or by email due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Brandon was very knowledgeable about traffic laws, the court and possible resolutions for my case. He was very well-spoken on the phone and made me ...feel much better about my issue. Due to an upcoming move, I was not going to be able to make it to my court date. Brandon was able to discuss the issue with the prosecutor and then go before the judge on my behalf and cleared up the matter in a few weeks! I didn't have to go to court personally, my charges were reduced and he even kept me from having to do traffic school. All in all, interacting with the firm and Brandon specifically was a positive experience and I'm happy I used his services.
