Alan Karl Lenczycki

I had violated my probation with a new case abd my girlfriend went and got a consultation with Johnston Tomei Lenczycki and Goldberg, LLC. She immediately knew that this was the help that we needed. They seemed very focused on getting me released and fought for me the whole time. Alan was the attorne...y that spearheaded my case and not one time did he seem unmotivated. The process was drawn out and lasted a few months. Ultimately Alan got me more than I deserved because right now I should be in prison. I can't give this man enough praise and if I have ANY other legal problems I know exactly who I'll go to. There's a lot of security in knowing you don't have to search for a lawyer anymore. I just hope I wont need him.

I would like to start with how nervous I was when I needed to hire a lawyer for my family case. At first I looked everywhere and eventually I remembered the firm Harter and Schottland took a criminal case of mine and beat the case. I contacted them, I asked if they had a family lawyer. They said yes..., and that’s when I met Alan. Now at first people are usually nervous cause you think “hey, this guy is just after my money” but not Alan. The moment you sit down with him and explain your case, he knows exactly what to do. Intelligent and knows how to get after it. Through out the case I would call him with any questions and he always called me back even if he couldn’t answer the phone at the moment, very dependable. Now regarding the case, it was a win. I’m a father with two kids and with custody, thanks to Alan. To this day he will still answer my phone calls with any questions and assures me he is still there to get after it again. I would highly recommend Alan for any types of cases, from family to criminal.

Wow! Wish I would have stumbled upon Alan prior to hiring my first attorney regarding an OUI case. My previous attorney forget to appeal my boating suspension and when I got the notice in the mail that my privilege had been revoked for two years he essentially said, sorry...I no longer practice in Il...linois. That is when I called Alan and he picked up immediately - spoke to me with a sincere passion for what he does and the desire to help others when their in a bad situation. He was incredibly knowledgeable, reasonable and well spoken. He knew the system well and what he didn't know he said he'd figure out. I love when people are honest, especially people who you hire that are supposed to represent you best interests. I spent a lot of time researching OUI attorney's as it's definitely a niche market but let me tell you, Alan is TOP NOTCH and should be where you end up. I hope I don't end up in another similar situation but if I do, Alan will be my first call. A+

After calling around lake county area, and even stopping in a few offices, I found Alan. He was the most polite out of all the bunch and seemed the most sincere/genuine! That always stands out to me, but regardless of kindness, Alan was even better priced than most and was very patient and willing to... answer all my questions and even give some great legal advice! I was super nervous for the month leading up to my court date and Alan reassured me not to lose sleep over the case. I had court for two misdemeanors and Alan got them both dropped!
