Worthless
We hired Alan for our daughter case. Unfortunately, Alan failed to show up twice in a courtroom, and delayed our case without any reasonable explanation. Just because it fits his schedule! Also he did not answer our emails and phone calls in a reasonable time manner. So unprofessional.
Thank you for the feedback, although we don't remember the facts at all the same way you do. Our attorney rules of ethics, specifically rule 1.6, prevent attorneys from revealing anything in the way of client information or commenting on a situation like this very much, but I can say that our actual client tells us that she was very happy with our services. Generally speaking, our office will respond to client emails and phone calls within 24 hours. I am happy to provide clients with my email address, business phone number, and cell phone number on request, and especially on the cell phone can be reached pretty much any time. Very best wishes - ALAN

"Alan is an experienced criminal defense attorney. He was an Assistant State's Attorney for 6 years and tried more cases than most other attorneys in the court house. He is well liked in the court house. He knows the value of a case, how to get a good deal and knows when to walk away from a bad offer. Alan is not afraid to take a case to trial."
