I have worked throughout my legal career in the employment sector on behalf of employees. My focus is primarily overtime related lawsuits seeking unpaid wages on behalf of employees. I also have extensive experience in employment arbitration and executive negotiations.

The majority of my practice focuses on overtime collective actions (which are like class actions) seeking unpaid overtime compensation that was never paid.

I have unique experience before arbitration panels under AAA's employment arbitration rules in various contract disputes against employers on behalf of employees.

I have represented a number of employees in actions arising out of Title VIII, ADA, ADEA, and 1981 in actions against employers for discrimination. I have also represented employees under the FMLA and Sexual harassment
