One of my best friends referred me to Becky and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I just had the worst lawyer experience before I met Becky. I will never switch lawyers again. She is professional, brilliant, and extremely skillful. She was so patient with me as I had many question...s and concerns about the whole process. She knows exactly how to get justice when someone is owed money or has been wrongly accused. She is fair and honest. I actually felt a little sorry for my ex-husband as his lawyer never stood a chance against my lawyer. She worked with me as I struggled financially throughout the process due to the delay with COVID. It has been a real pleasure to have her as my lawyer and I owe my wins and justice to her because she really fought hard for me and my two daughters. I always highly recommend her to everyone who needs a lawyer as she made a substantial difference in my life and my daughters’ life. I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through all of this without her expertise and compassion.

Divorce is insanely difficult for most of us and my divorce was no different. My marriage of 15 years ended and had a number of somewhat complicated aspects...contentious spouse, non-working spouse, somewhat complicated assets, and an aggressive attorney on the other side. Becky maneuvered, in ever...y instance, with skill and thoughtfulness and in a way that was also very personal and personable. I hear complaints about divorce attorneys all of the time and I met a good number of very bad divorce attorneys with no scruples or ethics. Unfortunately, it is more common than one could ever imagine with divorce attorneys. It is relatively rare to find such a personable and skillful divorce attorney that has your best interests at heart while also being an effective and efficient attorney. Becky is one of those attorneys. She will work to advance your standing in a divorce, however, like all legal matters, it is just natural that you can't get everything you want. Most importantly though, Becky is a fair minded and dedicated attorney that will work closely with you to achieve the best scenario that can be achieved. She will not over promise you or instigate you into unnecessary actions or charges. She will guide you to the best possible solution and work to achieve the best possible solution. When attorneys are not straight with you and when they do whatever you want, they garner more fees. Becky does not operate that way. She is pragmatic and even when I didn't want to hear the reality at certain intervals and when I wanted to litigate more and more, she was always the voice of reason and very pragmatic. The law is actually kind of straightforward, and maybe not always logical as far as my prism is concerned, however, Becky knows the law really well and can maneuver to your best solution and with an efficiency that will keep the costs as minimal as they can be. Trust me when I tell you that there are far too many divorce attorneys that simply want to see both parties fight endlessly. Unfortunately, the law is plain enough to understand that fighting between two parties only ends up benefiting the attorneys. If you are reading this review, good luck in your divorce process as it is not typically an easy process. Just keep your head about you and I can only hope that you are smart enough and lucky enough to have an attorney like Becky in your employ.

I engaged Attorney Zeilenga after having had an unsatisfactory experience with a prior attorney. From the first meeting, Becky impressed me with her grasp of my situation and the best strategy for dealing with my ex-wife in an effective and beneficial manner. It is refreshing to work with an lawyer w...ho knows that funds are not unlimited and that attorneys need to be thoughtful and deliberate in terms of communications with their client and with opposing counsel. Also, I have joint custody and Becky has always kept the interests of my children at the forefront of our conversations. Sometimes this means telling a client what he/she does not want to hear. Becky has been a big improvement over my last attorney.

When I was looking for an attorney I looked up this site and found great reviews on this firm. Interestingly, I had also reached out to a friend I respected and asked for a referral and he actually referred me to the same firm. That said, I found Rebecca very straightforward and competent in her ...knowledge of how to help me in the case. I feel that the outcome I received was good. I would have liked to have a more strict outcome where visitation was concerned for the other party but she advised me that what I wanted was not necessarily within the law's purview. It would have cost me more to keep fighting but not given me a much different outcome. I appreciated her straightforwardness and how she acted in my best interests rather than keep pursuing something I probably couldn't win and would have earned her and her firm more money. I plan on hiring her again if the need arises.
