Biography
A lawyer for over 25 years, Scott graduated from IIT Chicago-Kent Law School in 1989 and accepted an Associate position at a large Chicago-based litigation law firm. Seeking more trial work, and wanting to engage in public service, Scott joined the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in 1991. In 1994, Scott became a Felony Trial Assistant at the Criminal Courts at 2650 S. California. In 1997, Scott became a First Chair in the Felony Trial Division where he was the lead attorney on the most serious cases going to trial. In private practice since 1999, Scott has handled both civil and criminal matters. Since 2002, he has handled criminal defense matters exclusively. He practices in Cook, Lake, McHenry and DuPage counties. He has successfully defended numerous matters ranging from traffic, misdemeanors and DUIs, to the most serious felonies, including theft and property crimes, drug offenses, violent crimes and homicides.

A lawyer who cares about his client, not there pocket book!!
July 3rd 2014 I was hit on my motorcycle by a car coming home from fireworks, luckily alright other than my passenger and I both had scrapes and bumps, I figured it would be a routine shes gonna get the ticket my bike is gonna get towed with a taxi or police ride home, not the case at all they arrest...

Very Strange, Rude, Uninformative Person
I simply call his office today and leave a nice detailed message about my charges. Just a normal summary and said what the 2 misdemeanor charges were. Less than 20 minutes I get a nice message back saying that he got my voicemail and that he would be happy to discuss my case in person or on the phone...
