I was in a bad place in my life. I had lost my license because of a DUI. It was revoked and I was not getting it back unless I went through many hoops. Scott knows how it works in and out. He handled all the paperwork, and prepared me for the in person hearings with a State lawyer and 'neutral...' hearing officer. He knows what questions they ask, and how best to respond to them. A few years ago, I was falsely accused of battery, which exposed a 20 year old warrant for multiple DUI convictions and jail time I skipped out of. I landed in Cook County Jail. Scott Anderson defended me in a first offense DUI case 4 years ago. Essentially, he won the case for me twice. In the first instance, he built my defense on his own investigation that produced facts contradictory to the arresting officer's statement. Because it was a first offense, I was terrified.
