My husband died last year. He handled all our insurance policies. I was sure he told me that if we had an accident and our car had to be fixed, that our policy paid for a rental car for us to drive while the repairs were being done. I ran the car off the road so I wouldn't hit a deer and did quite... a bit of damage. When my agent told me I was not covered for a rental car and would have to pay almost $1000 for the car rental I couldn't believe it. I called Bulman Law for help. He read it, called the insurance company and pointed out the coverage was paid for and that he would file a complaint with the Montana State Insurance Commissioner if they didn't immediately give me my rental car.
