My husband died last year. He handled all our insurance policies. I was sure he told me that if we had an accident and our car had to be fixed, that our policy paid for a rental car for us to drive while the repairs were being done. Safeco said I was at fault by half so they would only pay 50%. Their insured driver rearended me so I should not have been blamed. The adjuster told me to go ahead and sue.
