Biography
I graduated from Hellgate High School in 1971. I was a member of the debate team in high school and continued on the debate team for the University of Montana. I graduated from the U of M in 1975 with a degree in Human Communications and from the School of Law in 1980.
I was a law clerk for Justice Frank Morrison, Jr in 1981 and the Chief Enforcement Attorney for the Montana Securities Department in 1982. I did post graduate study at the Puget Sound School of law before returning to Missoula to open a practice in 1983. I began Bulman Law Associates PLLC and have specialized in disability and injury law since that time.
