They were very caring for my case and my husband’s case. I liked working with them. They always had an answer for me when I ...had a question or was worried. They always had the time and correct answers. Over the phone they were very friendly. Sometimes my accent is hard to understand but they were very patient and tried to understand me. I liked how they treated me when we first spoke over the phone.

It was a very good experience for our company as this was our company's first time hiring a foreign worker.. Mr. Gokey and his associates kept on top of everything and were very prompt with answering emails and returning phone calls. They were very willing to answer any questions and lead us through... the process step by step. Last year our employee’s H1-B didn’t get approved. However, we were impressed on how they kept following through with everything - they even made a trip in near blizzard conditions to send out documents so they would arrive in time to meet the deadline. We were trying to handle my wife's immigration from Canada to the USA without an attorney. USCIS indicated we were near to point of going to an embassy for an interview. We went to the US to visit and decide where we would live. Driving back to Canada we got a disturbing email from USCIS challenging... most of the documents they had already accepted. We were confused. I called Mr. Gokey. He saved us. He gave us advice over the phone immediately. He advised us on a different route to a permanent visa. We got the green card about a year later. He helped a lot. We would've been in real trouble without him.
