I had been falsely accused of criminal sex conduct when the other party involved made accusations that a consensual situation had become something other than that. I was devastated. Sam kept me calm and worked very hard to bring the true facts forward which he did in a completely professional and str...aightforward manor during trial. This case was very difficult as there was evidence to show that we had been together. Sam was able to show with the help of my witnesses, and the prosecutions witnesses during his cross examination of them, that the facts simply did not support the charges. As a result, I was found to be not guilty by the jury very quickly when they deliberated. Interestingly, there were 7 females on the jury that did not buy into the plaintiffs false testimony. Had I been convicted this would have totally ruined my life and potentially even cost me my life as I had become extremely depressed during the process. Sam had done his best to keep me positive but I had a hard time with that until the verdict came in. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone.
