The unknown

Luke is the man!

I ran into law enforcement almost a year ago. This was my first offense and honestly didn't know what to do. I contacted other attorneys and after consulting with them I didn't feel confident in them (those attorneys I met in person). I started to expand my search and ran across Luke, read some of the reviews and decided to give him a call. I called him and right off the bat I felt that he could give me the best possible outcome. He not only sounded confident he was confident! He is super easy to talk to and he doesn't beat around the bush, he tells you like it is and let's you know he will do his absolute best work and he did! All cases are different of course but he worked hard to get me the best possible outcome and made me feel more at ease! Just What We Needed

Luke was very helpful, realistic, and open about what I could expect, what my options were, and what I could do to get the most positive outcome possible to my case. He spoke on my behalf very competently and effectively in court on all occasions. He advocated for me and I got the best outcome I could hope for at every hearing. He is personable, relatable, and understood where I was coming from. He’s a genuine guy. He is experienced and knows what to expect from other professionals such as specific judges he has interacted with in the past, etc. I would highly recommend Luke to represent you in any criminal proceeding, especially in a domestic violence case.

3rd time is the charm

Since the incident happened I’ve had 3 public defense lawyers. One I talked to once and didn’t bother to tell me someone was taking my case over. Then I was surprised to meet my 2 on zoom the day of court and she didn’t have the letter from my doctor or anything. Fast forward I get my 3rd lawyer. Luke answered all my questions in terms that I could understand and answered when I called or emailed. I could tell he was the type of guy that gets things done and done so it’s fair for everyone. I’m very grateful that he was my lawyer on my case.

Kind and honest

He was an EXCELLENT lawyer! You could tell her really knew the information of the case and genuinly wanted to help resolve it. He was very respectful and made sure I knew what was going on in my case and followed up with me after to see if I had any questions. I had very high anxiety going into court as I have never been and he was very calming and easy to talk with. He was able to talk with the prosecutor and get my charges dropped way down and I appreciate that so much!
