Biography
I have practiced criminal law in Minnesota for more than a decade and I understand that being charged with a crime is incredibly stressful. The consequences of a criminal conviction can be significant including jail or prison, fines, and probation. During my career, I have guided thousands of clients through the judicial process to avoid or minimize the potential consequences that accompany being charged with a crime. I have assisted client charged with offenses such DWI, Domestic Assault, Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Conduct and Murder.
I will be with you every step of the way from your first appearance, to pretrial/settlement conference hearings, and ultimately trial if we are unable to get the charges dismissed or resolve the case favorably. I will work to identify legal and factual shortcomings in the case to ensure the best possible result for you.
