Terrible experience with Emmalie Brudzinski, DO NOT HIRE M+W unless you want to feel resented, mistreated, and laughed at when you cry. My case was completely mishandled, and when I reached out to Becky Martin, the namesake of the firm, she sided with her attorney even though I pointed out several f...actual errors that affected my case that are solely and explicitly due to the mismanagement and handling of my divorce. The single worst customer service of my life, as well as the most expensive. I paid to lose many of my parental rights and personal freedoms. Do not risk it, look elsewhere. Trust me. I wish I had. After researching Becky, Emmalie, and other attorneys at this firm, I see that they are a 2 star firm for a multitude of reasons. Do your research.

I wasn't sure what questions to ask when I began looking to find a divorce attorney. After "interviewing" several attorneys who we're only interested in a brief phone exchange and had declined to answer any questions without first being retained, a friend referred me to Becky. She agreed to meet in... person at her office and then answered my general questions without hesitation. Unlike my experience in speaking with the other attorneys, it became immediately apparent that I wouldn't just be another file that she could make money from, I felt like Becky understood I was a person not just an income opportunity. Throughout the process Becky always ensured that I understood the implications and options before me. She was also readily candid about what she felt was the right thing to do, making sure I remained focused on what was important. I remain grateful that Becky was able to be so personable as she always demonstrated a sincere appreciation for how I was feeling about the process; I could not have asked for better service.
