David is extremely knowledgeable at workers compensation. He and his staff were very helpful with resolving my case. Very clear and responsive.

David assisted and led myself and my family through a very rough time in our lives once it was realized that my injuries had reached the point I could no longer return to my employer. Every communication was very quickly responded too and every pro and con of every choice was explained as we went th...rough our settlement. I would VERY much so recommend David and his staff to anyone who needs assistance and advice when working with the very complicated process that is the Workers Compensation system. David was also very impressive when working directly in front of a judge in a hearing.

Review for David Kempston

David has been my work comp attorney for years. He has got surgery approved for me that I needed for a back injury. He also represented me to obtain a settlement for my injury. He also helped with getting me connected with a disability attorney to apply for disability benefits. I would highly recomm...end David. With out David representing me I don't think work comp would have approved many of the medical things I have needed for my injury.

David was very knowledgeable in the area of Workers Compensation. I could not have picked a better lawyer. He researched all my medical files and was prepared for our hearings. I would have considerable medical bills to pay without his assistance.

Work comp claim
