Mr. Kempston in my opinion earns the designation of Super Lawyer everyday. Evidently his peers feel the same way. I met with Mr. Kempston several years ago regarding my work comp case. He told me at that time that I didn't have a case and what to do and document until I did. Several years later I wen...t back to him when my injuries led to me no longer being able to work and I had a strong case. I have had many lawyers over the years for various purposes and have never had anyone that kept in such close contact with me. He answered all my questions by phone or e-mail same day and a lot of times if he wasn't helping someone else, within a few minutes. He takes the time to LISTEN and understand what you are going through and describes in great detail the processes that will happen along the way and is very companionate to helping you in any way that he can. My case was settled very satisfactory in my opinion and he continues to provide advise and support on other issues that have come up since then.
