Mr. Kempston in my opinion earns the designation of Super Lawyer everyday. Evidently his peers feel the same way. I met with Mr. Kempston several years ago regarding my work comp case. He told me at that time that I didn't have a case and what to do and document until I did. David represented me in a very complicated workers comp case. From the beginning, he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the issues, he always addressed my concerns in a timely manner and he always made me feel like I was important to him. This case started as a temporary disability ...and ended up being a total disability case, so it was very lengthy. David kept me informed every step of the way, sometimes sending me e-mails when you would think he would be home with his family. He works hard for you, very, very hard! Knowing that my case is coming to a close, I am glad that the hearing and the depositions and such are over. But, there is sadness too, because David has been a joy to work with and that is also ending.
