Excellent work comp attorney

David was always amazing quick to respond to any calls or emails. He thoroughly explained everything that was going on and put me at ease through the whole work comp process. Even though work comp was a long process David was always on top of everything and I never had to sit and wonder what was goi...ng on. He is very honest and sincere in his work, I highly recommend him!

Great Lawyer

Dave Kempston was the perfect Lawyer for me. Every time I had a question, he got back to me before the end of day. He was kind and patient with me on all levels of my lawsuit. I never had one bad issue with him. I'm greatfull for the great job he did for me.

Excellent representation

David Kempston was a great attorney for my work comp case . He was always on time with answering my questions and returning phone calls and emails . He is experienced in his field and knows how to do his job well.

David Kempston a wonderful lawyer!

Dave was a wonderful, informative lawyer from the beginning when I called. He let me know that as long as my company was working with me I really didn't need a lawyer. When it came to a point where it was clear to hire, I called him back and hired. Throughout my process of three surgeries he was v...ery helpful and quickly responding to any of my concerns. It did not matter what time of day my questions were emailed I got a rapid response. (Even on weekends). I always felt like Dave was putting my interests first, and would submit the needed documents to help me along. Dave kept it real on how it is always 50/50 chance. No guarantees but always a shot. He recommended a wonderful QRC that was also available all the time. Dave is a lawyer that talks the legal jumble in easy to understand ways. My case is now in the end, and I feel it was a good settlement for me to be able to move forward. It is all possible with Dave's great team!

Back Injury Case

David has been working with me for almost two years now. He is always on top of my case- good communication, prompt responses, follows up between parties if there has been lingering time in between actions/and or communications. He remembers A LOT of details, and I have been impressed by how he keeps... up with information and details. Good listener, honest, and very organized and/or good memory. I would highly recommend David as an Attorney for anyone who has undergone an injury on the job and in need of an advocate/attorney regarding workers comp!
