Best attorney I have ever known.

I have to say I couldn't have went through this experience without David. He was so kind and patient with me. He put up with me calling and asking the same questions because I didn't understand something. He was always on top of things and informed me immediately on any new information on my case. H...e was very knowledgeable about everything on my case. He wasted no time getting back to me when I had a question. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good attorney. If I ever need one again, he would be the one. He kept me sane through my difficult time. I have nothing but good to say about David. Thank you so much David Kempston.

David Kempston : Super Lawyer

Mr. Kempston in my opinion earns the designation of Super Lawyer everyday. Evidently his peers feel the same way. I met with Mr. Kempston several years ago regarding my work comp case. He told me at that time that I didn't have a case and what to do and document until I did. Several years later I wen...t back to him when my injuries led to me no longer being able to work and I had a strong case. I have had many lawyers over the years for various purposes and have never had anyone that kept in such close contact with me. He answered all my questions by phone or e-mail same day and a lot of times if he wasn't helping someone else, within a few minutes. He takes the time to LISTEN and understand what you are going through and describes in great detail the processes that will happen along the way and is very companionate to helping you in any way that he can. My case was settled very satisfactory in my opinion and he continues to provide advise and support on other issues that have come up since then. He is very straight forward and has the integrity to tell you his opinion and what he feels will happen in your situation whether it be for or against you. I could not have asked for better representation in my work comp case and can only hope to find one as honest, caring, supportive with such strong morals if I ever need representation for any other matters in the future. You are getting the best of the best if you are considering having him represent you. Robert

The Best Representation - And Someone You Can Trust!

David represented me in a very complicated workers comp case. From the beginning, he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the issues, he always addressed my concerns in a timely manner and he always made me feel like I was important to him. This case started as a temporary disability ...and ended up being a total disability case, so it was very lengthy. David kept me informed every step of the way, sometimes sending me e-mails when you would think he would be home with his family. He works hard for you, very, very hard! If he takes your case, he commits to it! You can trust him to be there for you as your attorney! I feel very blessed to have had him as my attorney. If you have questions, he explains things so that you understand them. Sometimes I asked things that were probably silly, but David never treated me that way. He always treated me with dignity and acted like every question was important. And, when it comes to trying your case, David is a real pro! He knows how to tell your story and make sure that the judge sees your side. I haven't testified in court before and I was really nervous, I was so glad that it was David asking me the questions at our hearing. He prepared me, made me feel comfortable, helped me stay calm, and got me through it. Even when the defense attorney cross-examined me, as long as I made eye contact with David when it got bad, I felt better. And David's staff is also very helpful! From the moment you walk into their offices you feel comfortable. If David isn't available, they are always there to help you. Whether it is just to let you know when he will be returning, or to get you information, they do their best to help and are always extremely pleasant! Knowing that my case is coming to a close, I am glad that the hearing and the depositions and such are over. But, there is sadness too, because David has been a joy to work with and that is also ending. If anyone in my family or any of my friends have a need for a attorney, David will be the attorney that I will send them to. And I will know that if David is representing them, that they will have the best representation there is!

David Handled a case for me. I was a Job Coach for the school district I reside in. I worked with students with all types of Disabilities. I'm almost 60 years old. I was assaulted by an autistic male student of approx. 20 years of age. I was running from him and he shoved me down causing me to fall h...it my face first on the cement floor. Broke my front teeth when I hit the floor which caused me to permanently lose my front teeth. When this occurred I had to have surgery on each of my hands and two hospital stays in a Mental Health Unit. There are many more details but I think you understand that I got hurt. The school responded by asking me if I could fill out an accident report right after the accident. This in spite of the fact that my teeth were broken my nose was bleeding and I hurt my left arm and had cuts and bruises as well. They tried to make me come back to work the next day and wanted me to run the copy machine. These are the things that David did for me. He took control of a very difficult and ugly situation and he made it much easier for me. He guided me through the legal system and dealt with speaking to doctors and others who were involved in this case. I cried quite a bit because this event was so traumatic for me that when I had to go to Workers Compensation Hearings he reassured and consoled me and let me know things would work out fine for me. He treated me with respect and kindness and navigated the whole system and did a great job of defending me and my case. He really went the extra mile for me and I felt that he personally cared about me and the outcome of my case. I highly recommend David Kempston . He is smart and savvy. When you go into court with him he will have your back to make sure you get the best possible outcome. I just can't say enough about him. I think he is the best at what he does and he will put his heart and soul into you and your case. He will make sure that Justice is served in your case. He does not just see you as a case but as a person and a Human Being.
