I recommend Dave as your work comp lawyer as he is honest and Trustworthy. He helps you as best he can with any questions and is good at explaining the process. I definitely enjoyed having him as my lawyer.

David is fantastic, and I would absolutely hire him again.

I was injured at work, and initially hesitant to get an attorney as everything was going OK at first, but the situation degraded after a few months. It became clear I needed an attorney. I called a number of attorneys recommended to me by my Physical therapists and rehab consultant. David had the fas...test response time, and reached out before most of the other attorneys had gotten back to me. He was by far the most friendly and I felt the most comfortable with him, and he was a straight shooter. I was in a substantial amount of pain still from my injury, and at risk of being cut off entirely. I knew I still needed months more of treatment. I became depressed, and was feeling hopeless. David was able to get my benefits reinstated, which allowed me to continue treatment. I continue to improve every week, and I no longer feel hopeless, and I am confident I will be pain free someday. My case is settled now, and I am in an immensely better situation pain wise, and financially as I am not in debt from all the medical bills that racked up. David responded to every single question/concern I had, be it phone or email, almost always same day, even on the weekend. David advised me on countless aspects of the case, and clearly explained and helped me understand the aspects I did not. He did in person and phone prep for the things that needed preparation and made sure I understood every document I was signing. I truly felt David cared about me, and I was not just another number to him. David is very well versed in his role, and was always very friendly and concise. He made the entire situation easier to understand, and substantially less stressful. I would absolutely hire him again in a heartbeat, and will recommend him to anyone I know in a similar situation. David, thank you and your assistants for all of your help. I wouldn’t be where I am today without your help.
