DAVE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUES WITH WORKMANS COMP AND HELP DIRECT ME IN OTHER AREAS. I FELT HE WAS LOOKING OUT FOR MY BEST INTERESTS. WHEN EVER I REACHED OUT TO HIM HE RESPONDED PROMPLY AND GUIDED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. VERY HAPPY WITH MOTTAZ & SISK LAW FIRM AND DAVE KEMPSTON.... WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TOO OTHERS.

The Best of the Best

It's been a while since I was fortunate to have worked with David Kempston on my worker's compensation case. Well, actually David did the work. When you are hurt and unable to perform your work the last thing you need is to fight for what you deserve. Mottaz & Sisk Injury Law office and David fought ...for me. I was in terrible pain for many years. Without David's help, I would not have been able to get the treatments and eventual help to eliminate my constant pain. My injury will not get better but I am able to get the pain relief I need through a Medtronic neurostimulator implant because of David. I can't say enough, through it all, the court case and so much legal stuff that went with it, David always did his best to take care of my needs. I would not be where I am today without the excellent work he performed on my case.

If You Are in Over Your Head with Workers' Compensation . . .

If you have been injured at work and are uncertain on how to navigate the complicated workers' compensation system, I strongly recommend calling David Kempston. I was clearly in over my head after receiving the first telephone call from my employer's workers' compensation insurance company. David was... very knowledgeable, and patiently guided me through the lengthy and often times overwhelming process. He responded in a very timely manner to all my telephone calls and emails, giving attention to every question or concern no matter how big or how small. The fair outcome of my case would not have been possible without that first desperate telephone call I made to David. I am very grateful for everything that he and his staff have done for me.

Great Service highly recommend

Mr. Kempston did a marvelous job both with all the legal side and with referrals toward medical professionals as to my injury. He kept me I. The loop, and had great personalable skills. Definitely recommend him for anyone.

Awesome team

I had a Gillette injury from my job. Called Mr. Kempston and his team he took my case. We went to battle and won my case. Would highly recommend for any and all work related injuries. His team and Mr. Kempston are very professional fast at responding with any and all concerns I had.
