David Brian Kempston

Mr. Kempston is a very experienced work comp attorney who has worked from both sides of the coin and knows exactly what you are going to encounter. If I had to pick just one quality that most defines David is that he is freakishly fast at responding to any calls/messages no matter what time of day. ... I had a lot of anxiety about my case and my health in general and ended up sending emails frequently. One time I emailed around 10 p.m. on a holiday expecting that I would get a response the following Monday as it was not a super urgent matter but 15 minutes later he had already emailed me back! Even my mom was shocked! If you are like me and you worry about everything there is to worry about (your future, what is going to happen to you, what if the money stops), the questions and worries are just endless. David always took the time to explain things and if you have questions he will answer them and he will answer them timely.
