Terrific Guy

Mr. Kempston Took my case after sum had said it was too difficult. He explained where I stood and guided me to a resolution.

David Kempston is a great lawyer to have if you got hurt at work, not only does he do a great job but he listens to what's going on and fights for your case. He will always call you back the same day to answer your questions and talk with you. He is the lawyer to have. Highly recommend...

Great, honest work comp lawyer

I hired Mr Kempston as my work comp attorney because I sustained a work injury at my place of employment. Mr Kempston was very informative and quite frankly an attorney that I could understand. He had always made me feel like he was looking out in my best interest and he always explained to me what... was happening or what could potentially happen. Awesome lawyer

I hired Dave Kempston as my work comp attorney, the initial consultation that I went to, Dave was very informative and easy to talk to he explained everything to me as it was going to happen. He was always prompt and getting me any information I needed and he always replied to all my emails and got ...back to me on any voicemails that I left. My case was complicated but Dave had everything in order he was amazing at the hearing and I won my case thanks to Dave Kempston.

David is the BEST!

From the very beginning David was precise and upfront. Never had to worry about things moving along because he was on top of it the whole time. He always got back to us the same day that we would reach out. . In the end we were able to settle for much more than we thought possible because of his o...utstanding abilities. Will never regret hiring him. Also his staff is very helpful and friendly.
