My Hero

David worked on my workman's compensation case from a back injury sustained in November of 2016. I worked for a large company at the time, knew they had some large and powerful attorneys at the time and was not overly hopeful about the outcome, being a little "old lady" in a sea of issues. It didn...'t take too long, however, for David to lay my concerns to rest. He put full effort into digging up all the facts, finding all the medical findings, covering all the medical issues that would be brought up and to fully prepare me for all the steps I would encounter along the way. He diligently kept me informed every step of the way and was very patient with my constant barrage of phone calls, even though he had already explained most of the issues to me....probably part of my "little old lady" syndrome. I would recommend David wholeheartedly, without hesitation to anyone. I would even allow David to become guardian to my children, but I think they're older than he is. Even more telling however, I would even allow David to be a guardian to my dogs, but they have since passed away. That, however, shows my deep abiding trust and faith in him.

A satisfied client for nearly 30 years

Mr. Kempston is very knowledgeable, personable and hard working. He helped me through all the stages of my Work Comp claim and came highly recommended by my Neurologist. He's proactive and happily takes the time to listen & explain the issues that arise.

Excellent!

I was completely lost and had no idea what to do. The insurance company was not paying or underpaying and there was nothing I could do about it. When I contacted Dave, he explained what and why the insurance company was doing and would continue to do. He explained and guided me through the entire ...ordeal to the point that all I had to do was get better and back to work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Work comp case

David Kempston is a great lawyer to have if you got hurt at work, not only does he do a great job but he listens to what's going on and fights for your case. He will always call you back the same day to answer your questions and talk with you. He is the lawyer to have. Highly recommend...

Great, honest work comp lawyer

I hired Mr Kempston as my work comp attorney because I sustained a work injury at my place of employment. Mr Kempston was very informative and quite frankly an attorney that I could understand. He had always made me feel like he was looking out in my best interest and he always explained to me what... was happening or what could potentially happen.
