David Brian Kempston

David worked on my workman's compensation case from a back injury sustained in November of 2016. I worked for a large company at the time, knew they had some large and powerful attorneys at the time and was not overly hopeful about the outcome, being a little "old lady" in a sea of issues. It didn...'t take too long, however, for David to lay my concerns to rest. As soon as you have a Work Comp case, hire highly recommended attorney Dave Kempston. I started & continued expert medical treatment immediately, but naively didn’t seek legal advice. Then my employer hired a disreputable (now felon) medical examiner to create a quickie fraudulent report to deny my c...laim, and dispute my treating providers’ reports. If I had hired Dave earlier, he knows who the disreputable medical examiners are & wouldn’t have allowed my employer to use them. He made sure I stayed in the loop even when things were being filed and we had a gap of time where we didn't need to speak, he made sure I knew things were still in the works and what was happening on the legal side of my case.
